These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Voléa website.

Voléa is operated by VOLEA LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17178923, with its registered office at 5 Brayford Square London E1 0SG

2. OUR PRODUCTS

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images and information displayed on our website are accurate.

Colours, textures and packaging may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings. From time to time, packaging may also be updated without affecting the nature or quality of the product.

Please read the ingredients, directions and product information provided before use, particularly if you have known allergies or sensitivities.

3. PRICES

All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

The price payable for your order will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. PLACING AN ORDER

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right not to accept an order where a product is unavailable, payment has not been authorised, there has been an obvious pricing or product information error, or we are otherwise unable to fulfil the order.

If we are unable to accept your order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.

5. PAYMENT

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Payment must be authorised before your order can be processed.

We do not directly store your complete payment card details.

6. DELIVERY

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Estimated dispatch and delivery times are provided on our Shipping + Returns page.

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe. Occasionally, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Unless otherwise agreed with you, goods will be delivered within 30 days of your order.

7. CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

You have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, subject to certain exceptions.

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel, you must clearly inform us within this 14 day period. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Certain products may not be eligible for return once unsealed where they are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

8. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected by our returns policy.

9. PRODUCT USE

Our products are intended for external use unless otherwise stated.

Please follow the directions and precautions provided with each product.

Individual experiences may vary. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.

10. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

From time to time, we may offer promotional codes or special offers.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively to previous orders.

Any additional conditions applicable to a promotion will be communicated at the time of the offer.

We may update product information, availability, prices and website content from time to time.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from any mandatory protections available to you under the laws of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.
